Welcome to YMCT. By accessing our website, enrolling in any of our programs, or utilizing our facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Course Enrollment and Scheduling
- Registration: Enrollment in any performance-based or theory programs is subject to availability and management confirmation.
- Lesson Structure: Courses are typically structured by term. The specific schedule and duration will be outlined prior to commencement.
- Absences and Replacements: There are strictly no replacement classes for lessons missed by the student. Lessons falling on designated public holidays will be paused or rescheduled strictly at the management's discretion.
2. Payment and Fees
- Tuition Fees: All course and booking fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the term. Registrations and venue rentals are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Material Fees: Additional costs for proprietary materials, theory worksheets, or workbooks are separate from tuition and must be paid on the first day of the lesson.
- Refund Policy: There is strictly no refund once a class, term, or venue booking has commenced.
3. Use of Facilities and Instruments
- Care of Equipment: Students and hirers are responsible for the proper use and care of all provided instruments and equipment. Pianos and other specialized instruments must not be moved, tuned, or adjusted without prior permission.
- Damages: Any damage to the venue, equipment, or furnishings during a lesson or rental period must be reported immediately. The individual or guardian will be held liable for any repair or replacement costs resulting from the damage.
- Premises Rules: Food, drinks, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the lesson and practice venues.
